Composer “Listen & Learn”

A new addition to the studio lending library is the “Composer Listen & Learn” project. I have been compiling notebooks of the various music composers that students must be familiar with and have them available for checking out. In each notebook is reading material on the composer as well as things to do; puzzles, coloring etc. There is also a CD with music from that composer to listen to while doing the other activities. If a notebook is checked out, I ask parents to please monitor and maybe even participate in this activity… you may find it quite interesting!
